Notably, he served as Director at BIT Noida Campus, previously leading BIT International Center in Muscat and BIT Extension Center in Patna. Dr. Gupta is renowned for his pivotal role in enhancing academic infrastructure and fostering a research-driven environment, resulting in numerous high-quality publications. His notable achievements include spearheading research projects sponsored by UGC and BRDS, organizing workshops backed by prestigious government bodies, and authoring/co-authoring several books on diverse business topics.

Dr. Madhu Jasola has over 24 years of rich experience in teaching, research and training. Her research papers and case studies have been published in various international journals. She has presented papers in Conferences held in different countries and has won best paper awards. Dr. Jasola has conducted MDP and Training Programmes for Corporates. She is invited as Expert by universities and colleges. She has been instrumental in collaborations, tie ups and worked on funded research projects. Dr. Jasola has also worked as Consultant with Smart Cities Project, Government of India.

Shakil Ahmad is a Lecturer and Liaison Librarian at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. He has also worked as Web Librarian at MKCL Arabia Ltd. (King Saud University), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has a total of eighteen years of experience in various sections of the Academic Library. He has earned Ph.D., M.Phil., and MLIC in Library and Information Science discipline. He has been Information Literacy Trainer for more than one decade at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and an adjunct faculty at the College of Engineering, IAU, Dammam, since 2017. He has published over fifty research articles in national and international journals and presented seven research papers at conferences. He is an expert in Bibliometrics and Scientometric analysis.
